Built by someone who had to close the deals himself.
Cosa is not a tool built from the outside looking in. It is the system a seller built because the existing stack recorded his deals instead of advancing them.
Why Cosa exists
Before Cosa, Levi spent years inside B2B sales processes — over 170 client engagements, helping companies build and run commercial motions that generated more than EUR 30M in revenue. The pattern repeated everywhere: deals did not die because sellers lacked effort. They died because nobody could say, with evidence, where a deal actually stood and what had to happen next.
CRMs logged activity. Call recorders transcribed conversations. None of them could answer the only questions that matter: which commitments has this buyer actually made, what is blocking the next one, and what do we send to unblock it. Every answer lived in a rep’s head — or nowhere.
So he built the system he needed: deal intelligence with provenance. Every claim traced to the line in the conversation where the buyer said it. Every assumption visibly flagged until validated. Every next step executed as deal-ready collateral, not left as a CRM task. The methodology came first — the 7 Decision Gates, distilled from those 170+ processes — and the software was built around it.
Cosa is developed and operated by LC0 Builder in Germany. It runs on its own medicine: every Cosa deal is worked through Cosa, and the cases on this site come from those live deals.
Small by design. Accountable by default.
170+ B2B commercial engagements before founding Cosa. Built the 7 Decision Gates methodology from live deals, then built the system that runs it. Sells Cosa with Cosa — every case study on this site is a deal he worked through the product.
How we work
FOUND, ASSUMED, CALCULATED — the same provenance standard the product enforces applies to how we sell it. No fabricated numbers, anywhere, ever.
Features ship to live deals before they ship to the website. If a claim on this site has a number in it, a real deal produced that number.
German company, EU infrastructure, designed for GDPR and the EU AI Act from the first commit — not retrofitted when regulation arrived.
Talk to the person who built it.
Demos are run by the founder. Bring a real deal — you leave with the deal intelligence either way.
