Service Description

Cosa is an AI-powered sales intelligence platform operated by Levi Yosef (Singerstraße 33, 10243 Berlin, Germany). It processes meeting transcripts and documents to generate structured business cases, stakeholder maps, and recommended actions.

Important Disclaimers

No Financial Advice: ROI calculations, revenue projections, and financial outputs are estimates generated by AI. They are not financial advice and should not be relied upon for investment or business decisions without independent verification.
AI Limitations: Outputs may contain inaccuracies. All data points are tagged with provenance indicators (FOUND, ASSUMED, CALCULATED) to help you assess reliability.
Data Processing: Your transcripts are processed via the Anthropic Claude API. Do not submit data you are not authorized to share. You are responsible for obtaining necessary consent from all parties whose data you submit.

Pricing & Credits

Priority Early Access: €10 one-time payment for early access credits (10 pipeline runs + 20 agent actions).
Free tier: 1 pipeline run + 1 agent action to evaluate the product.
Credits are non-refundable but will be honored for the duration of the early access program.
Pricing is subject to change. Active credit balances will be honored at their original terms.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by German law (BGB §§ 280ff), Cosa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin.

Early Access

During the early access period, the service may change significantly. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
